A series of life search and rescue equipment such as "MIMO radar life detector", "human trace gas life detector", "UAV borne aeromagnetic detection system" and "multifunctional demolition robot" developed by us have played an important role in the rescue of disasters and accidents such as the "4.29" selfbuilt house collapse accident in Changsha, the "3.7" Quanzhou hotel collapse accident, and the "9.5" Luding earthquake in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan.
In view of the high incidence of new energy fires in recent years, we have organized the research and development of a series of new technologies and products for fire prevention and control.

Among them, the "distributed optical fiber temperature sensing fire detector" can realize the early detection of lithiumion battery heating, and accurately locate the stacking location of battery cells where thermal runaway occurs, providing support for subsequent precise fire extinguishing and emergency response.

The "multispectral temperature measurement thermal disaster detection and early warning device" can realize the early monitoring and early warning of lithium battery thermal runaway, and the monitoring range is wide, the response speed is fast, and the detection accuracy is also very high, the axial detection distance is not less than 60m, and the detection error of the hot spot with a diameter of 2cm does not exceed 1°C, which is suitable for early fire monitoring and early warning in lithium battery storage places.

The "new liquid nitrogen fire extinguishing and explosion suppression device" can extinguish open flames within 5 seconds and prevent the reignition of lithiumion batteries through the efficient cooling effect of liquid nitrogen. At the same time, liquid nitrogen gasification fills the confined space of the prefabricated cabin, which can achieve efficient inerting and explosion suppression function, reaching the international leading level, and can be used for fire safety protection in lithium battery application places such as energy storage power stations and data centers. This achievement has been applied in Foshan Nanhe medium voltage energy storage power station, Foshan Nanhai conventional energy storage power station and Shenzhen BYD user-side energy storage station.
In order to achieve prevention first, early detection, and small disposal, we comprehensively use the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence technologies to break through technical problems such as comprehensive perception of hidden danger information, multisource data aggregation and fusion, and intelligent research and judgment of generalized models. The "intelligent integrated platform for fire and police research and judgment" developed by us can grade fire risks and issue early warnings in different regions, and has been piloted in Beijing, Guangzhou, Jinan, Yan'an, Zhengzhou and Nanchang, providing scientific and technological support for the digital transformation of fire protection work.
There is also a "fire safety socialized cloud service platform", which can provide realtime, intelligent and differentiated fire safety risk assessment and monitoring and early warning services for urban areas, industries, key units, etc., and provide an effective means for building a global coverage monitoring network of urban fire safety "points, lines and surfaces".

Some of our areas are still giving priority to the construction and setting of charging and parking places in combination with the transformation of old communities;
Third, the price of electricity for charging has fallen. The electricity price charged by 350,000 communities across the country is the residential electricity price. And some places are still stepping up the separation of prices and fees, that is, the electricity price of charging and the service fee of intermediaries should be separated, and the implementation of policies such as subsidies should be given to minimize the electricity price of charging for our people;
Fourth, trade-in is more convenient and affordable. All localities have taken different forms to fully promote the trade-in of electric bicycles and guide users to purchase qualified electric bicycles. At present, more than 450,000 electric bicycles of various types have been replaced nationwide. In our research, we also found that the subsidy plus depreciation of electric vehicles in some places can reach up to more than 1,000 yuan, which means that our masses can spend a few hundred yuan to buy a brand new electric bicycle.
The fifth is the gradual promotion of the battery swap mode. We needle some takeaway platform companies, electric vehicles are modified, the battery capacity is large, and the actual situation of fire accidents occurring when charging home, we actively negotiate to promote this kind of takeaway riders to adopt the battery swap mode. At present, 68,000 battery swap cabinets have been built across the country, and nearly 690,000 riders have adopted this battery swap mode;
Finally, our new standards are gradually implemented. The national strong standards for lithiumion batteries, electrical circuits and chargers for electric bicycles have been officially implemented and included in the certification management. Especially in the process of connecting the old and new standards, we are coordinating various departments to establish a guarantee mechanism for the transition period, accelerate the testing and certification of products, help manufacturers to upgrade, and ensure that the people have cars to buy.
In short, the satisfaction of the people is the demand of our people, the driving force and direction of our efforts, and allowing the people to ride more qualified and safer electric vehicles is also the ultimate goal of our rectification. We will make persistent efforts to effectively grasp the rectification of electric bicycles and achieve results.
In addition, the issue of new energy safety. We feel that new energy is our national strategy, and it is the responsibility of our fire department to serve and guarantee the national strategy. From the new energy fires in recent years, we have two prominent contradictions: first, the thermal runaway of lithium batteries is inevitable; Second, the problem of fire fighting and rescue has not been effectively solved.

Third, it is necessary to strengthen intrinsic safety, and it is also hoped that relevant enterprises and scientific research institutions will work together to strengthen scientific and technological research, improve production technology, especially to improve the safety performance of key materials such as electrolytes and diaphragms, accelerate the development of alternative products, and fundamentally solve the problem of thermal runaway of power batteries.
Fourth, it is necessary to solve the problem of fire rescue, develop more effective fire extinguishing agents, improve the technical tactics of new energy fire fighting, and improve the efficiency of fire extinguishing.
